With the media forecasting a further decline in housing prices and large numbers of listings saturating some markets, Incline Village stands apart. In the past 30 days, fewer new listings have entered the market and prices are holding firm. With these two elements in place, sales may slow, but the Incline market will not be subject to an oversupply scenario. Many homeowners in Incline Village and around Lake Tahoe are not in the position that they have to sell. In turn, their reaction to adverse news about the housing market is to take their home off the market, rather than taking a lower price. This firm stance helps stabilize the market, and as we are witnessing, average and median home sales figures are increasing.This has been the historical case for many years in this area due to the high net worth of homeowners and a very limited supply of homes for sale.

Ezines are all the rage these days and practically anyone with internet access can start one. What exactly is an Ezine, you may be asking? It is, quite simply, an online magazine. There are a number of domains that allow free web hosting, making the Ezine considerably cheaper than a paper magazine. The trick, though, is to create one that will be successful and will grow with time.

Your first step should be determining your subject. You can choose anything from what you are passionate about to what you deem may be lacking. For instance, let’s say your passion is astronomy. Do your research on the subject and its representation through websites. Perhaps there is a need for an astronomy-based Ezine, whether at a local or national level.

Content is key in Ezines. The purpose of nearly every website on the internet is to provide information to viewers, but you have to be careful in choosing your information. Presenting data that is untrue, misleading, or biased can cost you your audience.

Your second step is determining your audience. Who will be viewing your Ezine? If your subject matter is along the lines of a serious scientific journal, it would not be wise to design your Ezine for children or teenagers, but with professionals in mind. Today’s world needs leaders who are willing and ready to stand for what they believe in. Charismatic leadership is what Alexander the great had. He was able to cross the Alps mountain with his soldiers. Nothing of the sort had happened before during this time. His followers had so much belief in their leader that whatever he told them, they faithfully followed.

Charismatic leadership is a trait that attracts peoples mind, body and soul.Some people are ready to die for their leaders. These leaders are known to value what the people feel and what they yearn for. These leaders are known to constantly re-innovate themselves with the aim of improvement. The trick is in understanding the environment that they are in. They are able to use their wit and skill to pass messages with both body and oral languages.

As a leader, one should create a unique identity of the group that distinguishes it from from others. As a result their followers can easily identify each other. One therefore has the feeling of belonging somewhere. The leader who has charisma is known to walk the talk. Most of the time, these leaders are known to take high risks for the people. Some have died in the fight for the will of the people to prevail.

Just like life, charismatic leadership has two sides of a coin. The bad side is that the leader can use the “hold” he has on people to manipulate them. Stalin and Hitler are classical examples of such leaders. These leaders have been known to elevate themselves above criticism. Even if they are wrong, no one dares challenge them.

When it comes to wealth building there are many different options and factors that you need to consider. Your mindset, financial situation, investment options and goals all play a part to successful wealth building.

First, you have to have a positive mindset. Think big. Your subconscious mind does not know what is real and what is not real. If you feed your mind with the positive, you will begin thinking of ways of achieving your dreams. Do not under estimate the power of the mind. Every successful person displays a level of confidence that is achieved from a positive mindset.

Your financial situation. Determine where you are today and where you want to be. What does your financial situation look like? To truly build wealth you need to eliminate your debt, bad debt. There is a difference between good and bad debt. As you build your wealth you will have debt, but make sure it is debt that is for the sole purpose of building your wealth. Donald Trump does not use his own personal money for his real estate, he leverages it with debt. This is good debt.

Investment options. There are many different investment options. Real estate has many different options itself. There are foreclosures, tax liens, flip properties, rentals, commercial properties… Each of these has its own strategies. Stocks are another investment option. Making money online, starting your own business and private investments where you support someone else financially are other options for investment.

Once you have the right mindset, understand your financial situation, and have an idea about where to focus your wealth building you will need to establish some goals. Traffic School For Sociopaths

They are deadly, risk-taking sociopaths, and they only come out at night.

They come in all different shapes and sizes; there is no predicting what one of these deadly apparitions will look like.

I have my own name for them, though. I call them “Night Speeders”.

Night Speeders are so frightening; a simple traffic ticket supported by a few hours of traffic school seems to be grossly inadequate punishment.

My son looks me in the eye apprehensively as he loads his hockey gear into the back of my vehicle. I start the engine and begin heading towards the on ramp. He knows what is about to happen. He holds his breath and involuntarily grasps the hand support. He knows that we are about to drive on the freeway after the 9:00 PM hour.

As we pull in the number two lane, the first one flies by on my left. If I hadn’t taken a second to look in my side-view mirror, I no doubt would never have seen it coming. It races off into the distance within nanoseconds. Moments later, another zooms by, then another and another.

Night speeders don’t get it. If they get cited for driving faster than 20 miles an hour over the speed limit, their fine will be astronomical and there is no way that they would be eligible to attend traffic school.

“Did you see that guy?” my son asks as a Night Speeder flies by on the right at a clip easily exceeding 90 mph and then crosses over two lanes without signaling to cut in front of one of his speeding brethren in the fast lane.

Of course, I saw him. In between my hammering, nervous heartbeats, I saw him.

While Night Speeders might be mild-mannered, cautious, law-abiding, traffic school fearing souls during the daylight hours, several hours after the sun goes down a heinous spontaneous alteration somehow takes place. While I cannot vouch for any other physical transformations that might occur, I would be willing to bet that their feet somehow become larger and turn into lead.

I have a theory as to why the Night Speeder conversion occurs. I hypothesize there are many people out there that have decided that since it is dark and they can’t see the highway patrol, that the highway patrol can’t see them.

And the traffic school programs are full of those Night Speeders who subscribed to that theory, only to find out the hard way that they were wrong.

I know most people have seen the OCC boys, Jesse James, or the multitude of other bike builder shows that are all over television. Many people think they can do it but never finish the dream they start. There is plenty of evidence to back this up. Just look on E-bay or Craigs list you will find plenty of unfinished project bikes. Normally there are two reasons behind unrealized dreams: lack of money to finish the project or lack of determination to see it through. Let me make it very clear, up front it is way cheaper to buy a bike that is ready to run, then it is to build one from scratch. That being said, building one from scratch opens up the door to make the bike something truly special and fit the owner like a glove. Every aspect of the bike is an open canvas; from color to equipment the choices are endless. The costs are just as endless, so somewhere you must strike a balance between lust and must. This project started out as a blown motor and swing arm that was sitting in the corner of my garage and the dream of a Buddhist monk. Yes you read that right a Buddhist monk! He decided that the lump of aluminum in the corner of my garage would be a great start to building his very own bike. After a few months of buying parts we were ready for the build.
